postcode based recipient

    is it possible to have A form that sends to certain people based on a defind area such as a postcode/zip, eg: the form contains a postcode/zip field, if they enter 90210 then it will send the email to Jim, if they enter 90666 then the form info gets sent to Sarah?

    secondary to that can that also be in a BCC line and also be sent to multiple people eg: 90666 goes to ADMIN, Sarah, Joe and Tony all at different email addresses.

    I need this to be done from just ONE form.
