Posted first form fine; second form doesn't show up

    I made a contact form and it worked just fine. http://elgg.puritanseminary.org/contact

    Then I went back and made a second, and it doesn't show up at all. It doesn't show up on the preview or on the page where I inserted it. There has to be something obvious here that I am missing. ?

    My second form did make use of the conditional logic feature. Could that be the issue?

    It appears that when I enter forms for the first time and hit save for the first time, all the forms are saving just fine and they show up just fine. If I try to add anything after that, however, they don't save. ?

    Nope....that's not the problem either. Form doesn't show at all. Don't know what the issue is.

    Please post a URL to a page on your site where a form is embedded but not showing up. It is likely a JavaScript error causing the form with conditional logic to remain hidden and never show.
