Pre-purchase: Elegant Themes and subdomain

  1. I recommended Gravity Forms to a client for a membership site I'm creating for her online classes. She uses a theme from Elegant Themes called Envisioned v2.5.

And I created a subdomain with its own WordPress installation for the WishListMember-based membership site.

I just noticed in the support forums this morning that there have been reports of Gravity Forms not working with Elegant Themes... and also some questions about installing GF in subdomains that weren't quite our situation.... but concerned me.

Before I ask my client to purchase a personal license for use on her membership site, please verify that it should work with her theme, and on a subdomain with its own WP installed.

    Thank you for your help,

    Megan Everett

We don't have access to premium themes like Elegant Themes, and as such, are only able to give third party accounts. Most of the problems people have had are related to JavaScript stuff which is relatively easily fixed. If you trust in our support, and the support of the Elegant Themes creators, then they'll work together. That's really the best I can do...
