Pre-purchase: Pre-populated email form

Using Gravity Forms, will I be able to create a form that will enable site visitors to send a pre-populated email to a politician's email address? Will they be able to add their own text in addition to the pre-polpulated content or in place of it? Will I be able to keep a record of this email sender in the database?

    Thanks!

  2. Yes, you can have a paragraph field (textarea) for example, that is filled out with a pre-populated value that can be added to or replaced by the user. All entries are recorded in the database.
