Premium User + Post Type + Repeater Content

  1. Hi,

Just bought the Developer version of Gravity Forms a few days ago and I've been trying to do a couple things, with sucess with some parts, but still stuck on a few critical requirements

People who access the site are either free or premium users. The free users can post to a custom post type from the front end without logging in or submitting any payment. They cannot edit their submission.

The premium user can register, pay the fee, but also add extra info to their submission. There also needs to be a repeatable field so that while they can only create 1 post, they can create new items from within that post. The post also needs to be editable on the front-end for the premium user.

So far I have the user registratino set up and the free listing started. I also have ACF set up for the post type. Is there any compatability with that and Gravity Forms?

    Thanks

    Sean

Some of it seems fairly possible. The issues you will run into is that Gravity Forms doesn't have repeatable field sets or anything. We have a list field that allows repeatable rows of information, but it currently can't be linked to a custom field to post details.

I think people have used ACF and Gravity Forms in concert before, but I can't speak to how compatible or incompatible the two are.

Editing posts on the front-end is not something Gravity Forms currently has as a feature. Gravity Forms is focused on collecting user data.

    I hope this helps.
