Presales Question: Can Gravity Forms Reproduce This Form?

    Hi,
    I created this form years ago (PHP) and want to do something similar for other websites, but in WordPress. The styling doesn't have to be exact, but I want the ability to set up a form like it with radio buttons, check boxes, form fields, etc., and have it go to whatever email address that I designate. Also, once the form is submitted, can the page refresh to a landing page or something?

    (Also, I don't know how many websites I'll be doing in the future. If I buy a three pack now, and then get five more web projects this year, can I upgrade to a developer's license?)

    Yep, you should be able to replicate that form easily. It looks pretty straightforward and well within the default capabilities of the plugin.

    Sure, you can purchase the business license now and upgrade at any time later on. Once you've installed the plugin, just look in the settings page for the upgrade links.
