Prevent Poll form from sending emails after votting

    Is it possible to not receive emails when someone uses the poll questionary on the site. I don't want to be notified when anyone submits a poll.

    You can remove notifications from the form in question.

    Is there a way to submit Poll but dont refresh the page but give the results.

    Try using ajax=true in your embed code and see if that works.
