prevent the "product option title" on notification mails

I would to prevent the "product option title" on notification mails:

I´m creating a form where there is a hidden product with some visible options.
When the notification email is sended it is like:
PRODUCT NAME >> "option title": "option"
Can I prevent the "title of the option"?
