Prevent wordpress from storing submitted data

I've got what might be viewed as an 'odd' question but can't find an answer to it so thought I'd ask. I want to stop Wordpress storing any of the submitted data.
I'm using GF to capture data and send it to Salesforce but due to some European legislation (and the fact I don't want more than 1 copy of the data knocking about) I don't want WP to store anything after it's been sent to Salesforce.
I thought there would be a setting somewhere for us Europeans with US hosting but I can't find it.
If anyone has any ideas how this could be done I'd be very grateful.
    Many thanks,
    James

Ps. I love GF but a grid admin screen where I can enter data quickly about each field (like the admin names, classes etc) would be a real time saver.

  2. By default Gravity Forms stores all form entries. There currently is not an option to disable this.

HOWEVER it can certainly be done as a very simple customization. Here is a forum post that explains how to do what you want to do:

We do plan on adding this as a built in form setting in the future. It won't be in the next release, but hopefully in a 1.6.X release or 1.7 at the latest.
