Price Value cannot be saved

    Hello

    If have several problems. Hope you can help.

    1. I have choosen the product field with two products, with drop down menu. My problem that the price field canno't hold the value eg. Fr. 3.00. After updating the form, the value is not there anymore.

    Paypal is setup in the dashboard.

    2. Sent to paypal does not work. But this seems to be interconnetcted with the price fileds. The total is also not updated....

    3. I have also probels with the Mailchimp addon, the API has seomtimes errors....but one problem after the other.

    Actually Luga, I did respond to your Priority Support request last week. Here is what my response was:

    Which currency are you using? In the price field try putting 1.0 and 2.0 instead of Sfr 1.0 and Sfr 2.0. We handle showing the currency symbol automatically. You don't need to add it there.

    As for PayPal, currently we don't use the PayPal API signatures because of how we integrate with PayPal standard. Only the PayPal email for the account you want the payment to go to is required. We do plan on revising the PayPal Add-On in the future to use PayPal's Express Checkout API which will require the API signature information. But currently it works via the email.

    Hello Carl

    Thank you for your prompt response. Unfortunately, I haven't received your e-mail, nor in the spam. The e-mail address in the profile is correct. No problem.

    I use the SFR as the base currency. I don't put Fr in front of the value. Just a number like 1 or 2. After updating the form, the value has disappaered. Just tried now with US Dollar, and it works!!! After submitting the form, I get directed to the Paypal site. Any idea what could be the problem with the Swiss Franc? I need SFr for selling my services......

    Further: Which price fields I do need to use? Because I use the the Product field AND the Total field. BUT the total field doesn't get updated, even not with the US Dollar. But on the Paypal site the value e.g. of US Dollar 2 is correct.

    payPal API: Until I now I have used the Cart66, very good incl. electronical delivery functions for selling Pdfs etc. regarding for your future set-up of the API etc.
