Pricing Field Product Field Type Multiple Choice Not Showing

  1. On the site I am working on, we are using Gravity Forms version 1.6.9. They have a registration form in which they want the user to have the option to select multiple dates (products) to register for. When I add a Product, and go to change the Field Type, there is no option for Multiple Choice. The only options available are: Single Product, Drop Down, Radio Buttons, User Defined Price, Hidden, and Calculation. Am I using the wrong version of Wordpress? Or would this be fixed by a fresh install of Gravity Forms?

The product field doesn't support this type as it would cause issues when sending to payment gateways. You could set up a single production and use the option field, which supports multiple choice. Or you could set-up many single products.

    All my best!

Thank you for your prompt reply. The way I have it set up is a product field (only visible to admins) and a matching option field (viewable to user). But you have to have an actual product selected first before the options field will carry over, correct? Because we have our Gravity Forms integrated with PayPal, and when the options are selected, the values don't come through to PayPal.

You can't have it set to admin only if you want it to work correctly. You can hide it using CSS though.
