Priority Support?

    I sent a question to Priority Support several days ago. I received the automated reply but my question has yet to be answered.

    Questions on this forum get answered quickly. Why does Priority Support take so long? I am regretting purchasing the Developer's license.

  2. David, looking at it now and will have a response for you shortly.

    I'm sorry it's taken a bit to get to it, usually it doesn't take very long for us to get back but we do have a queue for priority support as well so we have to address those in the order they come in too.

    EDIT: Carl said he replied to/answered to your support question via email earlier this week. It's possible the message ended up in your spam folder. You might want to check this for the future to make sure you receive responses from the support team.

  3. I emailed this as well, but thought I'd post it here for you too.

    In your Thesis theme's style.css file on line 62, the input & textarea background values are set to #eeeeee. If you want to override this, place the following rule in your custom.css file. It should do the trick.

    input, textarea { background-color:#fff!important }

    Let us know if you need anything else. Thanks too for your patience.
