Problem after Update

    I recently updated my GravityForm to version 1.6 but after updating, I'm having some issues.

    After I ran the update, I created a new form. When I go to view my newly created form, it doesn't show up at all. Whenever I replace the new form with one that has been working for over a year now, it will show up.

    I have compared all of my settings on each form and they are exactly the same. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

    I just noticed that I only have this issue when I turn Conditional Logic to "On" on three of my Section Breaks. I only want them to show up based on a question being answered first. Any suggestions?

    LOL, noticed I misspelled wp_header so it' wasn't loading everything. My bad.
