Problem procesing request

    I have created a form and want to have a PayPal Standard or PayPal Pro. Problem with the following:

    Standard:
    Link: http://student-grants.eu/?page_id=171
    When using this form there is no transfer to PayPal. I only say thanks for submitting. I have setup the PayPal under settings and added the IPN link to the paypal account.

    Pro:
    I what to setup a pro payment. I filled out all required fields regarding the API. Although i get a error "problem processing your request". Link: https://student-grants.eu/?page_id=23

    Does anyone know how to fix this. The PayPal accounts works fine but some how there is not communication with PayPal

  2. When I tested page 23, https://www.student-grants.eu/student-grant-application/, I was directed to PayPal to complete my transaction:

    That does not square with what you stated, which is that the payment should be processed by PayPal Pro. There were no credit card fields for that to work as you explained.

    When I tried to test page 71, I get this URL http://www.student-grants.eu/paypal/ and a 404 error.

    Please get back to us with some clarifying information. It appears your forms are misconfigured.

    Dear support,
    Due to the urgent matter we had to make a payment setup that worked yesterday.

    I have created this page https://student-grants.eu/paypal-pro/ where i made the PayPal Pro installation. There the problem with the PayPal Pro exist where it will not process the credit card.

    Sorry for the misguidance.

  4. I tried to create a payment here as well. I was directed to PayPal with a notation that I needed to create a PayPal account. Screenshot: http://minus.com/lpZBecw13HcOc

    With PayPal Payment Pro, that does not normally happen. What should happen is that PayPal should process the transaction behind the scenes and just show the confirmation on your website. I should never see PayPal. I think this is related to how you have your PayPal account set up.

  6. I see this error in the source of the page now:

    <!-- Subscription Error: 10558 -->

    A little Googling of that error turned up a couple things.

    1. 10558 Currency Not Supported for Card Type. - Your processor is unable to process the Card Type in the currency requested. Please try another card type.

    2. PayPal Payments Pro also supports only a limited number of countries and currencies. Is your country and currency one of the supported types?

    Strange i know that PayPal supports Euro as a currency. Also Denmark, which is the location is supported. We have had our PayPal account for over 5 years so i positively think they support both.

    Can you help me in some other way??

    I have just changed the currency just to check. I get the same error at previously indicated:
    "There was an error processing your request. Your credit card was not charged. Please try again."

    Can i send a screendump for your help?

    I checked the form again and see this error now:

    Googling that shows "DPRP is disabled for this account" which is apparently for recurring payments? Is this a subscription that people are signing up for? If so, you may need to contact PayPal for their support, since DPRP being disabled is only something they can change.

    Please let us know what they say.
