  4. You would use our form builder in the admin to create the form. There's nothing crazy going on here with what you are trying to do. You should be able to do this with ease. Take a look at this documentation and play around with the form builder when you create a new form. All you have to do is click on the fields you want and they get added, so you build your form as you see fit. You can drag and drop the order of the fields and edit the fields, etc:

  6. We don't have a collection of YouTube videos - and I'm not sure I understand what you mean by do I know how the form is also called. Have you tried playing around and experimenting with the form builder yet? I'm a bit unclear on what exactly you are having trouble with. The form builder is pretty straightforward and intuitive.

  7. First of all thank you to me regularly to give you advis I am thankful for it . What strikes me is that you don't tip and tricks of fellow users back on youtube or find such sites.

I'm going to see if I can come there behind how I can make this go.

Once again thank you very much for the effort.

  8. We did not create any of these videos, but there are lots of videos on YouTube showing how to get started with Gravity Forms. http://bit.ly/RnaMNE

I have not viewed any of the videos and can't vouch for their content or accuracy. However, after viewing one or two you should be able to get started building your first Gravity Form.
