  2. @Manuel, I moved your topic to the regular support forums rather than Pre-purchase.

What happens when you try to view the entries or edit this one form? Is there an error message displayed?

Also, did you make any changes to your site like moving to a new host or domain?

  3. I thought the new update would improve but still can not see the tickets directly. However in other forms no problem. If you can see the form on this website
    http://www.clasificaciondeempresas.com.es/presupuesto-de-clasificacion-en-24h/formulario-clasificacion-de-obras/

I wish I could have a solution. Besides if you can go directly to Excel. As you do so in a separate file "," then you have to convert it to "" csv and I have the drawback that the text fields me the part.

  4. Did you move this form or your site from one URL to another?

Have you already checked for theme and plugin conflicts by following these instructions http://rkt.gs/testing

Can you export the form and reimport it into the site, then make a test submission and see if you can view that entry and if you can edit that form?
