Problems with multiple products

    Hi,
    I have problems with multiple productfield in 1 form.
    When I put 2 single productsfields the form is working correct but when I add more than 2 the form is gone from my website. When I check the preview it works but on my website it doesn't. What is causing this problem and how can I fix it?
