problem with duplicate user notification

    hi - on my site, when a user completes a form, it gives a duplicate summary of the form back to the user? how do i fix that?

    I'm guessing that have your form notification set up to send "all submitted fields" back to the user.

    You can uncheck the "Enable email notification to users" if you don't want to send a notification or you can customize the notification message with individual fields, or any HTML markup you'd like to add. You can get to the notifications settings for the form by navigating to the forms list, hovering over a form name then selecting notifications from the list of options.
