Process Flow Suggestion

    Hello,

I have been using gravity forms for a while now and they are great but I'm just wondering if they are the right choice for my next requirement.
Essentially I'm looking to do the following as a way to: qualify leads, create a seamless process and produce a reports.
The current flow and implementation I'm thinking is the following:
    - A new lead comes onto our site and completes a quick "sign-up" (name + email) for the service we are providing.
    - We then send them an automated email requesting they complete a simple profiling form (including agreeing to our Ts&Cs which is very important for this particular process) which is located on our site.
    - We receive notification of this form being completed by this user.
    - This information is then collated into a consumer profile. This profile is sent to a selection of geographically relevant businesses along with a link to a business profiling form (including agreeing to our Ts&Cs) for them to complete.
    - Once the businesses have completed their form, we collate the results (along with data we already hold against them) into a custom report and send this back to the original lead.
    - The Lead then digests each report and chooses the business they wish to work with.

I'm guessing this will be a combination of gravity forms plus the mail chimp add on but not sure if this is the best way technically or even process wise.
Any help would be greatly appreciated whether it be technical set-up advice or literally another person looking at the way this works and critiquing it.
