Product and Options fields not displaying correctly

  1. We are having problems with our online order form. You can find the form here (http://www.legal-pro.com/orderform/).
The only update to the form was to update the prices and some of the text. The problem is if a client selects an option under the One-Year Limited License and then decides to see the prices for the Full License, the One-Year Limited License remains. It also remains when users click on the N/A option.

The problem remains even when I create a new order form. Any suggestions on what the problem could be?

Thanks for your help in advance!

  2. I just tested this form. Under BankruptcyPro, I clicked "One-Year Limited License" and saw the text for that option. Then I clicked Full License and got that text, and then I clicked N/A and there was no text beneath BankruptcyPro. Is that were you mean "the One-Year Limited License remains"? Or is the problem further in?

If so, it sounds like a configuration issue, like the options are associated with the wrong products, or conditional logic is messing things up, if any is being used. If you would like to have someone take a look, please export this form (Forms menu > Import/Export submenu, then the top center menu item "Export Forms") and email me the XML file at chris@rocketgenius.com - thank you.

  5. Chris,
The problem comes when you select one of the radio boxes underneath either the "One-Year Limited License" or "Full License" and then decide to view the other license or select the N/A radio button.

I exported and imported the forms to new pages and got the same results. You can find the pages at:
