Product drop down quantities

  1. Hey guys,

Spent a good 4-5 hours reading up on the paypal documentation and have my form set up now. I have one question though.

The form can be found here.

    http://hawkinsfoundationgolf.com/play

On here, I start out with a field that asks what level participation you want ... each of these is associated with a price (Team = $1,250, Individual = $250, and Fiesta is dependent on how many tickets they want) ... So, I gave the first two prices accordingly, and set the fiesta to "$0" for this list.

If you click Fiesta, you then have the option to click on how many tickets ... and on these I gave prices. It is $50 a ticket ...

My problem / question is this. First, is that the right move to leave it at "$0" on the original list since it's dependent on how many they pick? And second which I think is the main question ... If I put in each fiesta ticket at $50, and you select "2", when you go to check out, the only thing you see is "2" and "$50" and a Quantity of 1 ... to work around it, I made the monetary value for 2 = $100, 3 = $150 ... and so forth ...

This works when you check out, but my issue is that it still just shows quantity of 1 no matter which one you pick. I may be just trying to be too picky, but my fear is that the client would want to track the quantity of tickets purchased, and with the method that is being used now, they might not get an accurate read b/c whether they purchased one ticket or five, according to paypal records, there has only been 1 purchased.

If anybody has an opinion on this or a possibly more accurate way to price/present these, I am all ears.

Thanks in advance ... this plugin has already paid for itself with this paypal integration and the conditional fields.
