    As I understand it, I need to buy the developer license and a PayPal add on to create a form such as a ski rental form with various pricing options? I can't do it with the single site license? How much is the PayPal add on?

    Add-ons are currently only available to business and developer license holders. The payment gateway add-ons being available only to Developer license holders. There is no way to purchase them separately. All my best.

    I am not sure what you mean by booking calendar add-on, since this isn't a feature that Gravity Forms has.
