Profile link is Page Not Found

I've logged into the forum, when I click on my profile link to find the threads I'm subscribed to I get a Page Not Found error. This is a big problem because the search function isn't finding all threads I've started when I search on my username either. So finding the threads I need to is like searching for a needle in a haystack.

  2. We just moved our site to a new server a few hours ago so it's possible that some issues might exist. I tried the profile link and didn't have a problem getting to the topics I've subscribed to. We'll take a look and see what we can find.

  3. My profile is gone, too. And I was working on a form in a new site installation while you were moving and now my installation (which functions fine) shows (below plugin on Plugins page) that I haven't registered or paid for my license, yet the key is there in Settings and forms work properly. Hope this is just temporary as I have lost my threads too.

Thanks it looks like it's fixed now.

I have that same problem as vizou mentioned, I'm using Wordpress Multisite and Gravity is Network Activated. It always seems to say I need to add the license key, even in the sites where I already have.

  6. @guildmeister If your sites aren't validating your key it's possible your hosts DNS hasn't been updated to reflect the new location of our license server which was moved with the gravityhelp.com to a new web host earlier this week. Keep in mind the license key needs to be entered on each site on the multi-site install.
