Pronamic iDeal dropdown field no title

    I have installed the Pronamic iDeal plug-in to add a payment to Gravity Forms via iDeal.
    They also give me a field in Gravity Forms which shows me the banks I can use to pay my product with.
    This dropdown should receive a title but it says "No title". How can this be?
