I have 3 fields, swag-type (drop-down choices), swag quantity (tied to the swag-type field) and swag size (an option field also tied to swag-type). The first two work fine and the total calculated...however, the size option is not included....either to paypal or in the notification emails

If the Size Option isn't being included that it isn't attached properly to the Product Field.
Is your Swag-Type field a Product field? First make sure that is a Product Field and not an Option Field.
The next thing to do is delete the Swag Size field, save your form, and then re-Add an Option Field and configure it as the Size field.
Something happened that made the option field not be attached to a product field. If an Option field isn't attached to a Product then it's not going to appear as it requires a Product.

I'm pretty sure I had this configured correctly, I added another item (stickers) with prices on the sticker-color options and the option did get tied on. I would attach the form and maybe some responses....if I know how. The URL for the form as it is now is:

If your Product field didn't have prices before, if you left the price field blank, then that would be the problem. The price field needs to have a value, even if that value is $0.00. A price of $0.00 is not the same thing as a blank price field.
