Can someone help me out? I bought GF but keep getting a message that says I don't get access the support forum. Oddly, I was able to post a new topic but can't login in to see the responses. Help please.

You need to register in the forum with the same email address as the paypal account that was used for the purchase. That's how they sync up the account and forum access. If you have registered here with the same email address already, you can contact support here using the contact form, referencing this post, and they will help you out.

Just responded to your Contact Us request. You have 2 accounts here on the support site. The one you posted this request with doesn't have access to the support site because it isn't associated with your payment email address. Your other account does work. I sent you the login details.
