Purchased - unable to access documentation

    We purchased Gravity forms and I have a reg key .
    I'm having a hard time trying to enter the documentation and help forum using my e-mail address Darrell.Johnson@sybrondental.com. I've registered and it sent me a password, but I don't have access to all the docs.
    I've also tried Hazel.Rojas@sybrondental.com which may have been the e-mail used to purchase. We are unable to retrieve the password for this user as we don't seem to have the right username.

    Please help - I am frustrated as we have purchased, installed, but can't use until I have seen the documentation.

  2. You can't access documentation because you didn't purchase using the email address associated with this account. It will only give you access if you register using the email address that was used to purchase the plugin.

    You need to login using the SybronWeb username you registered with using the Hazel.Rojas@sybrondental.com email address. That does give you access, I verified it by logging in using that login.

    In order to verify that SybronWeb works I had to reset the password and I am emailing you the new password for that account to the 2 email addresses referenced above.
