put video on form ??

    Using our HTML Block, you should be able to do what you'd like. Let me know if you run into any issues.

    As David said, you can use the HTML blocks to add any kind of freeform HTML content you desire inline with your form. If you want to paste in a YouTube video embed code or any other markup, you simply edit the field.. add your markup and you're good to go.
