Putting form in page

    I just purchased Gravity Forms and had a question regarding form placement. I made a "contact us" form and would like to put it into my contact us page however, I can't figure out to do that. I know there is a widget which would install it in the sidebar but I'd like it in the page itself. Is there shortcode I'm missing somewhere or can I only use the widget?
