Q? Support Services for Personal License?

  1. Hi Gravity Forms,

For multiple months, I've been trying to contact your support team for assistance. I have a Personal License... does this mean I don't receive support?

I have sent messages via your website's contact form since I cannot access the Support Forums (other than "Pre-sale questions"), despite being logged-in with my username and password.

Among my major concerns... for months, my account says that my license key is "unavailable at this time," which means I can't upgrade to new versions of Gravity Forms.

    Please help!

    - Katie

  2. The access to the forums is tied to the email address you used for the purchase. I think if you register an account with the email that was used for the PayPal purchase that you will have access to the forums.

With the personal license, you would not have access to Priority Support, but you have access to all the support forums and we're happy to provide support here.

  3. As Chris said, access is tied to the email address associated with your license key. If you do not see a license key when you go to My Account this means the email address associated with your account doesn't have a license key associated with it.

What you have to do to correct this is login, go to My Account and change your email to the email address that was used to purchase Gravity Forms.

The email address associated with your account right now is NOT one that was used to purchase Gravity Forms.

I also don't see any other support forum posts by you, nor do I see any Contact Us tickets in our ticket system with your name or email address. Would you have contacted us using another email address?
