Question about Upload in Progress

  1. Okay - so somewhat of a unique issue here, and I'm sure there's more than enough creative coders on-hand to help sort it out...

I'm using Gravity Forms in a scenario where blind individuals are uploading audio files to be used in a podcast network. The form is located here:

    http://blind-geek-zone.net/contributors

The issue this particular client is having is this - when a blind, screen reader user clicks the submit button, the screen reading application announces the button is "dimmed", and then nothing else happens until the upload is complete. Some submissions are 100MBs or more (I know the directions on this page state otherwise), so these users sometimes leave the page before the upload is complete.

Is there a way to display an "Upload in Progress. Please wait..." message after the submit button is selected? I know this has been discussed to some extent here, but I'm really hoping to find a solution for this particular case.

Thanks for your help in advance! The community on this site will be particularly grateful. :)
