Question from a non-techie

Just bought a copy and trying to build my first form.
When I add a field and edit, I have a blue box with
    Properties and Advanced tab.

I do not have access to the fields at the bottom, like
required field, because the box is shorter that it
    should be.

    How to solve this?

  2. I don't quite understand what you are saying, can you possibly provide a screenshot of what is happening? You should be able to scroll down to see all the fields when you have multiple fields by scrolling in your browser.

  4. You are going to have to test for plugin or theme conflicts.

First you will have to deactivate your current theme and activate the default Kubrick theme. Then test Gravity Forms and see if it works. This will rule out a theme conflict. If it works, something in your theme is causing the issue.

If it still doesn't work you will have to deactivate ALL other plugins and then only activate Gravity Forms. Then test Gravity Forms to see if it works properly. If it does, then it's a plugin conflict.

You will have to activate each of your plugins one by one, testing Gravity Forms after you activate each one until you determine which plugin is causing the interference.

If that doesn't work you can send us an admin login via our Contact Us form and we can take a look at it.
