Question re Email Routing

    Hi,

I have searched through existing topics and cannot find an answer to two Email Routing questions I have:

    1) Is the Email Routing list processed from top to bottom? That is - 1st condition in list that is true is processed?
    2) What would happen if no conditions are met? Would you recommend a "catch all" condition at bottom - that's assuming that list is processed from top to bottom.

    Cheers,

    Robert

  2. Any routing that matches is triggered. So if multiple routing rules match, multiple admin notifications are sent.

Currently there is no built in catch all. If no conditions are met, no email is sent. So you may want to configure the routing so that all conditions would have a routing rule to insure an email is always sent.
