Radio or Check box next to field label

    I am building an employment application form and have several long questions with yes/no answer choices. Instead of having the radio/check boxes display below the field labels, is there a way to place these boxes next to the field label in a single line so they display as a single line?

    To further elaborate, I know how to change the top label to left/right label under the form settings, but this isn't an option since the form needs to utilize columns in certain sections.
