Radio/other field for donations in version 1.6

    Hi

    In this post you stated that there would be the possibility to have a radio button field with an 'other' option for donations made via the PayPal add-on: http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/donation-fields in the next release.

    I've added a Product field for the donation, but as far as I can see that doesn't allow me to add the 'other' option to the radio buttons, so I'm guessing it didn't make it in after all?

    It's a real shame this is in the normal radio field but not in the product radio field, as this was the feature I was really hoping for in this release, so people could choose from some suggested amounts or enter their own.

    I'd really like to hear more about this, too - I spent the money to upgrade to the developer version specifically so that I could use PayPal for donations, but now I have to tell my clients that they're either stuck with predetermined donation fields, or they have to lose the pretty form and just use PayPal's default donation button. Yuck!

    Scratch that! I just learned about setting a User Defined Price in the Product field, and that solves my problem. It would still be really nice to have an option like what LumpySimon is suggesting, though.

    I can't even seem to find how to get the Radio Buttons other field to work, let alone the price field with other option. It would be great to have this for donations obviously.

    I am in need of the same solution as LumpySimon. What does it take to have the 'other' option included in the radio buttons list? Since, it is already available within the regular radio button form input wouldn't it be easy to add it to the price form element?

    GF? Any response regarding adding this feature to the price form element?
