Random Validation Field at end of the user registration form.

I am creating a form using the User Registration add-on.
I have two places the form is installed because of other issues.

QUESTION: Why is there a random field after the Captcha that says:
"This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged."
Sometimes the field is phone, sometimes email, etc.

The form works. It is not aligned the way I want it, but, the extra field is my question right now.
