Receipt for Auto Renewal

  1. I received an email today saying my developer license was renewed, despite my not having gone through the renewal process. I don't remember my account being set to auto renew, but regardless, I need some sort of a receipt for this. The email that I received does not have prices or anything on it. Is there a place where I can obtain this information?

  2. For the record, there is no "auto-renewal" process for any of our licenses. We don't store ANY credit card or financial information from the transaction. Everything is handled entirely on the PayPal side of things. If your key was renewed, then the transaction had to be manually initiated and completed by someone.

    If you're a developer using your key on client sites, you might check to see if one of your clients renewed the key for you.

    If you have a transaction ID and the pertinent transaction information, you can request a proper invoice/receipt by using the form linked below.
