Receiving 4 form emails over 12 hours

    Recently, after a visitor completes either of the two forms on the site we're receiving 4 emails of the form submission over a 12 hour period, rather than the normal 1.

    No changes have been made to either form and each form sends an email to 2 different email addresses hosted on completely different systems. Both accounts receive the 4 duplicate emails.

    I can't determine if this is a Gravity Forms issue or whatever mail server GF is using to send the email.

    Gravity Forms only sends the email once, when the form is submitted. That is the only time the notification action is triggered. It can't trigger by itself because it's a function call that must be called. If you are receiving duplicate emails this will be due to an issue with email on your web server.
