I would like to create a form that is a recommend to a friend form. It needs to collect upto 10 email addresses, collect a name of the recommender and then send a separate set email to the email addresses collected and with the name of the recommender integrated into the subject. It should then finish with a confirmation on the page that the emails have been sent.
I've looked around on the forums but can't get any simple instructions on how to do this.
Should / could this be done with the Mail Chimp add on?
