recover deleted form

I don't know how I managed to do it, but 2 of my 3 forms are suddenly empty. I just performed an upgrade of the gravity forms plugin, but I'm not sure if that caused it because I didn't pay attention if the forms were working before upgrading.
All 3 forms are listed in the forms overview, but when I edit the 2 forms, they are empty.
    The 3rd form is intact.
I checked the database and the data for all there forms appears to still be there in wp_rg_form and wp_rg_form_meta, they just don't get populated in the backend.
How can I recover the forms with that data? I have no export of the forms.
I tried adding an entirely new form and copied the meta data over to the new form, but that doesn't work. I did change the id and length of the fields.
I also tried a simply copy of the form, but that doesn't work either.

Did you try our Meta Recovery tool on our Downloads page? Do you have a database backup you can restore from?

The Meta Recovery Tool can't recover the form.
I do have a backup from saturday, but I'm not sure if it was from before or after the plugin upgrade. I restored the 2 rg tables, but alas, the forms are still empty.

Once you restored the tables, did you run the meta recovery once again? Can you send FTP and WordPress login details to: peralty@rocketgenius.com please so I can have one of our developers take a look?
