Redirect to newly created post

    I've been using "{post_edit_url}" to redirect on confirmation when I submitted a new form (which creates a new post) but just yesterday (with no changes that I know of), it stopped working for one of my forms. It works for two other forms with similar settings using {post_edit_url}. Any ideas?

    Right now the form submits the data but does no redirect.

    In testing over the weekend, I noticed that the preview form will redirect, but not the embedded form.
