sections 6 and 7 in you T&Cs are slightly contradictory so better to ask this question before my purchase - would I be eligible for a refund if gravityforms does not work with applications/plugins I already have on a site - the version of interest is the developer version as I require the registration feature.

Only if it is within 30 days of purchase and you have worked with us on the support team to try to rectify any issue you may be having before requesting one.
