Registration form options

  1. I'm trying to finalize a registration form for a client that runs a local hockey school. He want the form to have certain options pop up when others are selected from drop downs.

For example the person registers and in the final step selects winter break camp. the client wants me to add a "choose another camp for a discounted rate" message at the bottom so that if they click it, another drop down will pop up where they can choose another camp (E.g. march Break) that will be added to the cart... Is this possible?

  2. When you say "added to the cart" what are you referring to? Gravity Forms doesn't have a shopping cart so i'm not 100% sure what you are referring to.

If you want to show or hide another field on your form based on a selection a user makes on the form then you can use Conditional Logic. Conditional Logic allows you to show or hide fields based on selections made using the Drop Down, Checkbox or Radio Button fields.

You configure it by editing the field you want to show or hide, select the Advanced tab and enable conditional logic and configure what must happen in order for that field to be displayed.
