remove form name / description, duplicate values

    I have 2 questions.

    1. as can be seen on http://mestenca.com/%D1%81%D0%BF%D0%BE%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BB%D0%B8-%D0%BC%D0%B5%D1%81%D1%82%D0%B5%D0%BD%D1%86%D0%B5/ ,

    there is a "mestence
    Mestence " text - which I do not want displayed there, I only want the form fields below that to display?

    2. I have a post name field in the form, but also want it copied into a custom field, without the user to have to type it in a separate custom field input box. Is that possible?

    You can choose to not show the title and/or description when you place a form. How are you placing the form?

    Looks like I need a login to see this thing, can you send me an Admin login to rob@rocketgenius.com so I can take a look for item #2?
