Repairing Entries Count

  1. It appears that the wp_rg_lead and wp_rg_lead_detail tables got corrupted. I repaired the tables and Gravity Forms appears to be working correctly again. However, the "entries" count is inaccurate. That is to say, the "All" tab indicates that I have 18 submissions, but only one entry is listed below in the table.

Is there any way for me to restore things so that the counts are accurate once again?

  2. Please see this topic:

I don't know of a way other than directly accessing the database and changing the information there. Be sure you are not using any caching plugins, or that Gravity Forms is excluded from caching. Caching plugins will cause strange things to happen with entries.

  3. No cacheing on the site. I'll try deleting wp_rg_form_view and see if that resets things.

    Thanks,

  4. Don't delete anything, just reset the value. Let us know how it goes. Always make a database backup before directly making changes in there.
