replacing single license with developer one

    I have worked on a project which involved a developer using a single license for Gravity Forms. I now want to upgrade the same project's gravity forms license with my new developer license but when I try to include it nothing happens, it does not allow me to change licenses.

    How do I go about doing this?

    How was this issue resolved? I also want to upgrade my personal license to developers and cannot figure out how to apply the credit for the already license purchased?
