At the form above, when we submit, the required fields are "cleared" and we're prompted that the fields are required. Is there a way to remedy this? Any ideas?
My hunch is that our developers did add some scripts for other custom forms (not gravity forms) and that could be causing it. But I am not sure.
Any ideas? Thanks!
