Resend notification email

Dear staff,

I'm using WP 3.5.1 and Gravity Form Paypal Add-on 1.8;

- I have a WP SMTP to send the confirmation mails; the mails are sent correctly after the paypal payment process, but I can't resend them through WP back office. The function resend notification doesn't work.

- I'm using some gravity forms, in the same site and in the sites of the network (I have a WP multisite installation). Are the data saved in the same database?

Daniele,

The data is saved in the same database but in a multi-site install, in multiple tables. If you want to fill out a priority support form with the following information we can try to see if we notice anything:

WP Admin Login
FTP Access

Daniele,

That's what we'd need to take a look at with your WP Admin/FTP info to see if we can notice why that might not be working for you.
