Resend Notifications?

  1. Our e-mail server went down the other morning and one of the users that registered failed to get the notification. Is there anyway to send it again?

  2. Notifications are only sent when the form is processed at the time it is submitted. There currently isn't a way to automatically resend notifications. We plan on adding this as a feature on the Entry Detail in a future release.

  4. Ouch, I just did some numbers and I have to send out over 100+ e-mails for which didn't get sent :( An auto-resend notification is much needed.

    Yes, the option to be able to (manually) resend is indeed much needed.

    Herewith you would also be able to create status update forms.
    Eg. where you could inform your clients about a certain order status.
    Like for example from 'Order received' to 'Order processed' to 'Send item'.

    The resend option could be a helpfull feature to some smaller companies like mine.

  6. We agree. We are going to add this to our list and will work it into the next feature release. Note that means an enhancement release, not necessarily one of the next releases which may just be primarily bug fixes.
