I have just purchased Gravity Forms (Business) and sent three support requests a few days back.
However, I just received one response and that too did not resolve the issue. For other requests I did not even receive an acknowledgement. Again, we are going to hit the weekend soon so any possible 'response' may get further delayed.
Never thought that for a premium paid product response will take so much time. And, it's especially disappointing to new users!
